    Sunday- chicken green curry with potstickers
    Monday – salmon, zucchini, rice and salad
    Tuesday- leftover green curry
    Wednesday- local takeout!
    Thursday- spaghetti with scallops
    Friday- takeout
    Saturday- clean out the fridge leftovers

    • I am…that’s actually been the problem, I heal too well! haha! but I am feeling much better this week, even though I’m still mostly one-handed. I made guacamole alone tonight, woohoo!

    Homemade pepperoni pizzas and spinach and feta pizzas

    Spaghetti and salad

    Pork carnitas (slow cooker)

    Chicken fried rice and Chinese dumplings

    Hi, Jane! Could you point me in the direction of a risotto recipe you shared on the blog several years ago? Unfortunately, the recipe doesn’t seem to be on your website. I believe it was something you wrote and posted on Babble. Unfortunately, it’s no longer on that website, either. It was a recipe for an asparagus and prosciutto risotto. My family has always loved it and I was hoping to make it for them again. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated! Thx!
