    Mon: Scrambled eggs and toast
    Tue: Flounder, coleslaw, baked fries
    Wed: Turkey burgers, fruit
    Thu: Shrimp cakes, coleslaw, corn
    Fri: Chicken parmesan gnocchi bake, salad
    Sat: Leftovers

    Wednesday: Loaded nachos and shaved Brussels sprout salad

    Thursday: Orange chicken with roasted broccoli

    Friday: Homemade pizzas

    Saturday: Takeout!

    I am way late this week, we had guests here and I didn’t get on the computer for days hahahaha

    Monday: My youngest son’s birthday–Beef and Cheese Enchiladas, Fresh Veggies, and Monster Cookies

    Tuesday: Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili with Fresh Veggies

    Wednesday: Leftovers

    Thursday: Cool Ranch Chicken Tostadas with Fresh Salsa and Guacamole

    Friday: Chicken Gyros with Greek Salad and Pitas

    Saturday: Chicken Mozzarella Salad and Layered Garden Salad

    Sunday: Spinach Tortellini Soup and Bruschetta
