Hello everyone! I’m back! I’ve actually missed posting the weekly menu, but I really have tried to force myself to scale back and take it easy after this last hand surgery. But today I am feeling up for getting the weekly menu pulled together!
MONDAY:
- Grammy’s Orange Chicken with Rice and Salad (in the freezer lovingly made by my mother-in-law)
TUESDAY:
- Spaghetti and Meatballs (another freezer meal from Pat waiting to be eaten!)
WEDNESDAY:
- Leftovers
THURSDAY:
- Dinner from a friend
FRIDAY:
- Eat out night
SATURDAY:
SUNDAY:
- Smoked Meat Night

Monday: Chicken Florentine and Green Onion and Herb Salad
Tuesday: Pretzels with Cheese, Honey Roasted Thyme Carrots and Twice Baked New Potatoes
Wednesday: Fried Chicken with Hasselback Potatoes and Green Salad
Thursday: Chicken Tacos with Fresh Salsa and Guacamole
Friday: Ribeye Steaks and Roasted Carrots with Harissa
Saturday: Creamy Chicken Poblano Soup and Cheesy Poblano Quesadillas with Corn
Sunday: Father’s Day–Hubby’s Choice 🙂

Mon: Bow tie pasta with garlic basil sauce, salad, garlic bread
Tue: Grouper, peas, tater tots
Wed: Grilled salmon salad
Thu: Chicken cheeseburgers, watermelon
Fri: English muffin pizzas
Sat: Dinner with family for Father’s Day
I’m glad to hear you are doing alright. This feels a bit weird, a good weird, posting meals again (The last menu I put in was week 348 in 2013)
With no assigned days we’ve got:
Taco Salad
Brats and Mac and Cheese
Hamburger Salad
Leftovers
Spaghetti and Meatballs
‘Mock’ Salisbury Steak With Rice or Egg Noodles
Eggs Benedict (Using hash brown patties due to unearthing way too many of them while cleaning out the freezers)
I’m glad your hand is feeling better. I won’t put my menu together until tomorrow, but love homemade hamburgers.
Sunday- pasta with scallops and vegetables
Monday- salmon, zucchini and rice
Tuesday- stuffed peppers
Wednesday – day at the beach with the grandkids! So some type of take out!
Thursday – spaghetti with shrimp and salad
Friday – take out!
Saturday- burgers on the grill with corn on the cob
