Week 725 Weekly Menu

Happy day after the holiday weekend! We were gone all weekend for a small, outdoor wedding in San Luis Obispo, which was beyond lovely. Even though I’m a bit late to the game this week, still need to get my dinner brain organize! We have some Blue Apron meal kits to power through this week. (Related: we are liking Blue Apron, but I think Hello Fresh is my favorite…but going to give it a few more meals before deciding!)

    Sunday- leftover Indian from take out
    Monday – burgers on the grill and corn
    Tuesday – salads with grilled salmon
    Wednesday- zucchini and peppers with rice
    Thursday- lamb burgers with fries
    Friday. – take out
    Saturday- leftovers

    Tue: Rigatoni with sausage & spinach, salad
    Wed: Shrimp and mushroom risotto
    Thu: Pan seared thin chicken breast, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies
    Fri: Egg salad sandwiches, chips
    Sat: Orange chicken, brown rice, green beans

  3. Oh, we are BACK IN IT now with school starting, returning to the office, and allllllll the activities resuming.

    Sunday: Cookout with friends: Burgers on the grill, low country boil, & green salad

    Monday: Bread pudding sausage kale (ATK, p224)

    Tuesday: Yorkshire pudding and leftover low country boil

    Wednesday: Chicken, artichoke pot pie 223

    Thursday: Bagel dog with roasted broccoli

    Friday: Pizza night, then FNL at the high school!

    Saturday: Out…soccer tournament!

    one of these weeks I hope I’ll have all of the menuing stuff figured out. I keep forgetting to post.

    I’m late this week, but here’s what we have:

    Monday: Chicken and Dumplings and Peas

    Tuesday: Whole Roast Chicken with Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Salad–the salad was sooo good!

    Wednesday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Coleslaw

    Thursday: Tamale Pie and Fried Corn

    Friday: Baked Chicken Taquitos with Guacamole and Fresh Vegetables

    Saturday: Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas and Fresh Vegetables

    Sunday: Hot Dog Bar and Roasted Cauliflower and Zucchini
