Week 727 Weekly Dinner Menu

It was a big birthday weekend for Owen and me! So, here I am on Monday planning the menu. Better late than never, and I need it.

    We had leftover pizza yesterday, and for the rest of the week we’re feasting on:

    Greek yogurt chicken salad stuffed peppers and jalapeno cornbread
    Vegan butternut squash Tacos with chipotle cilantro sauce

    Monday: Cheese Enchiladas, Beans, Rice and Corn

    Tuesday: Cider Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans

    Wednesday: Latin Style Pork Roast with Black Beans and Rice and Fresh Veggies

    Thursday: Fried Chicken and Potato Varenecki and Brussels Sprouts

    Friday: Golden Gravlax with Creamy Cucumber Salad

    Saturday: Take Out–Hubby and Oldest Sons on a Campout

    Sunday: Citrus Pork Nachos with Salsa Verde and Avocado Pepita Salad

    Sat: Sausage, sweet potato, broccoli, & red pepper sheet pan dinner

    Tuesday: One-pan Roasted Chicken with potatoes and roasted cauliflower

    Wednesday: Frittata and roasted broccoli

    Thursday: Chicken, White Bean Stew in the Instant Pot

    Friday: Pizza night

    Saturday: Out

    Monday- salmon, rice and broccoli
    Tuesday- turkey chili
    Wednesday- bangers and mash
    Thursday- chicken and pasta casserole
    Friday- out (possibly outside at a restaurant)
    Saturday- leftovers

    trying to get back in this habit so here is my week

    sunday – leftover baked ziti
    monday – chinese take out
    tuesday – chicken tacos
    wed – Gnocchi with alfredo sauce and meatballs
    thursday – baked chicken on top of salad
    friday – pizza night
    saturday – hot dogs and smores on firepit
