Week 735 Weekly Menu

I have been deep cleaning like a crazy person all weekend…so haven’t gotten to the store yet, but no matter. Getting my menu ready and will take care of that tomorrow. We are loving eating at home more. I am loving cooking again. It’s all great!

    Tue: Shrimp scampi, salad
    Wed: Salmon, green beans, brown rice
    Thu: Roasted chicken, brussel sprouts, roasted potatoes
    Fri: Seafood bisque, sourdough toast
    Sat: Homemade pizza

  2. We love those crockpot carnitas. It’s been a while since I’ve made them. I need to fix that…

    • I normally do a spicy salmon, too…this week I just went simple, salt and pepper and lemon….and people did not gobble it up as eagerly. gonna have to go back to spicy! haha!

      Jane, I couldn’t believe how easy it was — 1-½ quarts of milk, a couple tablespoons of lemon juice and a simmer for about 15 minutes, and that’s all it took to make 1 cup of ricotta. ! I don’t think I’ll be buying it ever again.
