Our Memorial Day is done and we are completely stuffed with the most wonderful food. It’s actually a little hard to plan a menu right now because the last thing I want to think about is food. No, but seriously. This is hard…can we just have water and fruit for all the meals because that is all I can think about right now.
MONDAY:

- Caprese salad and fruit
WEDNESDAY:
- Indian food (will grab some simmer sauces to make paneer and chicken dishes)
THURSDAY:
- Breakfast for dinner: Omelettes and fruit

- Takeout night

your sunday dinner sounds AMAZING and I think nate needs to try some smoked pork belly that is chinese spice inspired!

I did it in the oven. The most important step is to really poke/scrape the skin so that when you put under the broiler, the top blisters nicely to really crunchy skin.
But, smoked pork belly sounds really good!

Wednesday- Grandson over for dinner after karate lesson- Pierogies and fleishkasse (German meatloaf)
Thursday – curry nachos
Friday – out for an outside dinner celebrating first Friday!
Saturday- burgers on the grill
