Happy birthday to all the birthday people this week!

Here is our menu this week-

    Sunday/Monday: Barley risotto with peas
Tuesday-Thursday: Cajun beef and bean burritos
Friday: Tuscan chicken stew (maybe with biscuits, if I have time to make them)
Saturday: Hubby wants to try making ramen, and I’m game!

PS. Thanks for the taco recipe. I don’t like taco seasoning packet tacos either, and you just might have convinced me to try beef tacos again. I’ve definitely pinned the recipe!

    — Chinese style black bean chicken with rice and pea pods
    — spaghetti and meatballs, with broccoli
    — pork tenderloin, potatoes, green beans
    — shepherd’s pie
