Oriental Chicken Salad #1

Ingredients
- Lettuce (I like romaine for this)
- Chow Mein Noodles
- Can Mandarin Oranges
- Chicken (I cut into pieces and cook in soy sauce, canola oil, salt, pepper, ground ginger)
- Almonds (sliced or, as Pat prefers, toasted slivered)
- Poppyseed dressing
Instructions
- Mix all together!
I don’t have a blog “yet”, but would like to start one because this looks like fun 🙂 I can bet it’s quite addictive to be on here..lol.
Anyhow, I just happened to end up here and just love your blog. These recipes are definitely going to help me make cooking easy.
This recipe sounds delish. I love the asian salad at Jack in the Box but now I can make it myself and probably for less because this sounds just like it. Thank goodness for your mom in law 🙂

THAT is so funny, I have never EVER remembered almonds. think I’ll have to add that to the recipe! 🙂
