- Lettuce (I like romaine for this)
- Chow Mein Noodles
- Can Mandarin Oranges
- Chicken (I cut into pieces and cook in soy sauce, canola oil, salt, pepper, ground ginger)
- Almonds (sliced or, as Pat prefers, toasted slivered)
- Poppyseed dressing
- Mix all together!

Hi! My name is Jane Wallin and you've landed yourself on my blog, This Week for Dinner™. Every Sunday I share a weekly menu...and count on you to share yours! You'll also find other deliciousness that I hope you'll enjoy!

I don’t have a blog “yet”, but would like to start one because this looks like fun 🙂 I can bet it’s quite addictive to be on here..lol.
Anyhow, I just happened to end up here and just love your blog. These recipes are definitely going to help me make cooking easy.
This recipe sounds delish. I love the asian salad at Jack in the Box but now I can make it myself and probably for less because this sounds just like it. Thank goodness for your mom in law 🙂
Having fun hanging out here. Thanks for taking the time to post these recipes. I’m off to browse some more!
wait … where are the almonds?
THAT is so funny, I have never EVER remembered almonds. think I’ll have to add that to the recipe! 🙂
