    Week 690 Weekly Menu

    Week 690 Weekly Dinner Plan: Monday - Chopped Salad; Tuesday - Grilled Salmon; Wednesday - Chicken Wraps; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Naan Pizzas; Saturday - Local Takeout; Sunday - Grill Night

    Week 689 Weekly Menu

    The heat is ON and there is no way I’m standing over a stove this week, especially with school starting. So we are going with all kinds of non-cooking dinners and cheats this week!

    Week 689 Weekly Menu - Monday: korean bbq tacos; Tuesday - asian chicken salad; Wednesday - hot dogs & brats; Thursday - BLTs; Friday - Leftovers; Saturday - Local Takeout; Sunday - Chicken Salad Sandwiches

    Week 688 Weekly Menu

    Hello! I’m back! I never actually got to planning last week’s menu with our mini-vacation, and am so grateful some of you still shared yours. Thank you! I also sat down to plan this week’s menu and realized I totally didn’t follow the menu from two weeks ago, so I’m mostly just using that menu again. Might as well! Apparently I’m in summer mode and livin’ fast and easy with dinners. 

    Week 688 Weekly Menu: Monday - Red Beans and Rice; Tuesday - Frittata; Wednesday - Gumbo; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Caprese Paninis; Saturday - Takeout; Sunday - Island Pork

    MONDAY:

    • Red Beans and Rice (my 12 yo is taking an online cooking class and that is this week’s menu, so Anna is cooking dinner, fun!)

    TUESDAY:

    • Summer Frittata

    WEDNESDAY:

    THURSDAY:

    • Leftovers

    FRIDAY:

    Week 687 Weekly Menu

    Week 686 Weekly Menu

    Hello! Wow, I only have one carry-over idea from last week…I actually cooked! Woohoo! My first foray into Thai food was delicious, especially the Pad Thai. I’ll share the recipe soon! Still working on my curry recipe…it was good but needs some tweaking.

    Week 686 Weekly Menu: Monday - Chicken Parm; Tuesday - Frittata; Wednesday - Gumbo; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Caprese Paninis; Saturday - Takeout; Sunday - Island Pork

    MONDAY:

    • Chicken Parmesan, Pasta and Salad
    • A few quick notes: First, the recipe I linked to is old and before I knew how to write recipes, so, it’s a guide more than anything. One day I’ll have to do a legit chicken parm post. Second, due to my wheat allergy, I will be using Kikkoman GF Panko and Tinkayada Pasta Joy for my portions. Love both those products!

    TUESDAY:

    • Frittata because we have TONS of eggs from our chickens we need to use up! Will find ingredients at the store that look yummy to add to the frittata.
