I just read somewhere about “Pat’s Butternut Squash” and how wonderful it was…They referenced that they got the recipe from “This week for Dinner”. So when I googled that your site came up BUT…I could not find even a clue about your Butternut Squash recipt. I have just recently adopted an almost totally Vegan lifestyle and I am desperate for new and innotive ways to cook a hearty healthy vegetable without a lot of Butter, dairy, or oils of any kind. Could you possibly share the Pat’s wonderful Butternut Squash recipt with me? Thanks for your help, and by the way any other favorite vegan recipes you have just laying around would be greatly appreciated also. I really like your postings and look forward to trying to check in on it occasionally.
