The Repertoire

Here’s my first ever repertoire list that I put together years ago. This is not exhaustive of what I cook, and more often than not I simply browse your menus each week to get ideas. But this is a good jumping off point for ideas, and I mostly have this here for my own reference.

    What the–? Chicken Marsala is on there TWICE! I hope you don’t just pick at random from this list each week, or Nate might end up with Marsala DOBLE’! Mama mia!
