Week 138 Menu…and an honest-to-goodness delicious brownie mix

I hate brownie mixes. Even the double chocolate Ghirardelli mix that everyone swears by doesn’t cut it for me. So, when I tell you I LOVE a brownie mix, you better believe it’s a good one. The Trader Joe’s Brownie Truffle Baking Mix is to die for. This is what the box looks like so that you can recognize it and buy it as soon as you see it.

The brownies AND the batter taste homemade. Could the fact that you add a stick of butter to the mix possibly be part of the reason it’s so good? Perhaps…

Okey dokey, this week’s menu. Oh my, I have a lot of duplicates from last week. I made leftovers really stretch last week, which was nice for me and my lazy ways.

Time for all of your menus! Please share! Pretty please! Pretty pretty pretty please…with a cherry on top?
