Week 18 Menu

Happy Memorial Day weekend! Hope you’re all having a great weekend with happy weather wherever you are. Here’s my menu for the week…don’t forget to post yours!

– Happy Memorial Day! Going to friends for a cook-out – yea!

Bertucci’s Tortellini
– Salad
– Rolls or garlic bread

– Leftovers

Baked French Toast
– Fruit salad

– Eat out

Chicken Croissants, aka Chimento Chicken (because our friends the Chimentos love it!)
– Salad

Chicken Piccata
– Broccoli
– Rolls

    We make the Chicken Crossaints at our home often! Very quick, easy recipe that tastes great. If you are not a mushroom fan (like my hubby)it still tastes wonderful with the chicken and cream cheese and a dash of salt and pepper. Enjoy!!!!

    tues- chicken croissants, salad
    wed – cheddar bacon wrapped hamburgers (thanks to dine & dish), corn, asparagus
    thurs – chicken a la king, rice
    fri- leftovers
    sat – out?

    Tuesday- Grilled cheese sandwiches and roasted summer veggies

    Wednesday- Lemon pepper trout, brown rice, and steamed mixed veggies

    Thursday- Bolognese Pie

    Friday- Eat out

    Saturday- Dinner with friends

    Sunday- Picnic for Concert In The Garden

    Saturday – Cuban Simmer Sauce with Chicken over rice

    Sunday РNi̤oise salad

    Monday – Chicken and veggie shish kabobs with corn on the cobb

    Tuesday – Grilled Cheese and veggie sandwiches with Tomato Grilled Red Pepper soup (TJs)

    Wednesday – Pizza

    Thursday – Eggplant Parmesan

    Friday – Mango Chicken with sauteed zucchini
