Week 340 Menu

Hello, everyone! I can’t believe I haven’t posted once since last Sunday! But I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised. I’ve been on four planes since then (including hours of delays) and threw a party for 350 bloggers in Chicago. Phew!

  21. I got a cold this week from one of my kids. My DH also got it. How does one get a cold at the end of JULY? I’m not really sure. What I do know is that is zaps all the energy from you. We didn’t go to church on Sunday because of feeling so zapped of energy. Thankfully one of the meals this week was supposed to be spaghetti (with previously cooked ground beef from the fridge). That meal was moved to Sunday lunch. As an added bonus, DH even made it while I woke up from a nap. End of the month always seems to be interesting on the menu plan front. Even if one doesn’t get sick. Or maybe I should just be thankful I had a plan and didn’t have to think of something when my brain wasn’t working even half way. 🙂
