Week 341 Menu

Our wonderful time in New Jersey has come to an end and we have moved north to Nate’s Grammy’s home on a gulf on the South Shore (near Boston). I love this place. After a visit here, we head up to New Hampshire and then back down to Cape Cod! The kids are counting down to the Cape week all year. Can’t believe it’s already here!

I’m not entirely sure what our schedule will be like this week and where we’ll be on what days. I’m planning a menu but it may all get thrown out the window!

MONDAY:
– Hot dogs (I have to hot dogs on New England-style hot dog buns)
– Fresh fruit

TUESDAY:
– Caprese Salad

WEDNESDAY:
Teriyaki Chicken
– Rice and veggies

THURSDAY:
– Leftovers

FRIDAY:
– Eat out

SATURDAY:
– Hello, Cape Cod!
Sweet Tomatoes Pizza

SUNDAY:
– Cape Cod eats have not yet been planned!

    R: Chicken…I’m not sure how yet, but there will be chicken

    S: Visiting my father and stepmother on the St. Lawrence Seaway. No idea what’s happening…

    sunday – having a big (20) over for a mixed grill night! Grilled Lamb, pork tenderloin, flank steak, and spatchcock chicken! My daughter is bringing vegan macaroni salad, my sister-in-law is bringing german potato salad – and we have lots of fresh just picked corn that will be grilled!
    Monday – my birthday! I think we will just have leftovers from Sunday
    Tuesday – salmon on the grill with salad
    Wednesday – older son is leaving for a three month adventure with the Utah Conservation corp so making him a steak dinner!
    Thursday – salad – I’ll need to eat light after all the special dinners!
    Friday – first quiet night with just my husband! not sure onthe menu yet
    Saturday – pizza

    Tue: Shrimp & snow pea stir fry, rice

    Sat: out for birthday party

    Glad this the last week the kids will be on vacation! And we got a puppy yesterday, so this week will be crazy…
    Sunday- monthly family birthday dinner at my brother’s house
    Monday- oven fried pork chops and potatoes
    Tuesday- Chicken fried rice
    Wednesday- grilled chicken thighs
    Thursday- leftovers (hopefully!)
    Friday- first Saints game of the season, so probably pizza while watching the game.

    We don’t have much of a menu this week because we’re heading to cabin near Big Bear Lake this week. Can’t wait to relax & unwind!

    Th-Sun: Cabin! Turkey Burgers, Ribs, Crab, ???
