Happy Easter! My menu is getting up a little late tonight, but there are still 2 more hours left in the day (at least on the west coast!) so I’m gonna call it good. My sister was in town and we really enjoyed our Easter Sunday all together, so I decided to save the humdrum of meal planning for tonight.
Easter was wonderful. The food was great, the company even better, and the weather was perfect for eating on the patio. I’m feeling very content and grateful. (Quick side note: I used the Heritage line of dishes from Q Squared NYC for all the serving dishes today and they were gorgeous. Seriously, I’m in love.)
Okay, menu time! Even though I gave half of our ham away we still have TONS of it leftover, so here we go with the ham!

So jealous that your Easter feast could be outside! (actually, it was warm enough here, but the weather in Ohio is always too hot or too cold to have the amount of seating needed to feast outside). I let my husband take over the menu this week since he’s been eating a lot of vegetarian all Lent…
shrimp po boys
sour cream chicken enchiladas
chicken and broccoli alfredo pizza
mexican stuffed shells
Fugu Friday
we are grateful every time we can do a holiday on the back patio!! 🙂
I’m out of town on business this week, but I’ll put some dinners together before I leave!

you are always so good about getting dinners together for your family before you travel, it’s so impressive!!!
We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel so I keep forgetting to plan dinner… oops! Too many tile decisions and lots of dust. We had ham for Easter and today we had egg salad sandwiches (thank you multi-purpose holidays!). I think there’s a family fun night at school tomorrow where there will be pizza, so I’m counting on that for dinner. The rest of the week… to be determined! 😉
gotta love those crazy times in life!!! (not jealous, although the final product will be worth it!)
for the second week in a row now I haven’t been able to get it together to post my menu on my blog in a timely fashion. You are seriously a blogging rockstar for doing this week in and out!
