Happy Father’s Day! All Nate wants today is to surf and watch the World Cup. Done and done! We’ll feed him some yummy food, too!

    Happy Father’s Day to all the daddies! My little guy and I made breakfast in bed for pops…taco fritatta, bacon, watermelon, toast with fresh blueberry jam, and mimosa! We all sat in bed, ate breakfast, and watched a movie together…my kind of day! 🙂

    Mine looks something like this:
    Monday: cook for the whole week in the smoker
    Tuesday through Friday: eat all the smoked things
    Saturday: Grill
    Sunday: Binge day

  16. I’m trying to keep it simple this week as I realized there are a lot of projects started around the house, but not many completed. I adjusted my menu yesterday when I found a family pack of pork chops – they were cheaper per pound than the smaller packs. Instead of freezing the extras, I added two meals together in the middle of the week to use them fresh. This saved time on my freezing and defrosting them. The Bourbon chicken is from a seasoning packet I have, the salmon was a find yesterday that was marked down,and the cauliflower soup is in the crockpot. I think the Salad is the most complex thing on the list. 🙂

    Thurs – french dip sandwiches (use frozen rolls) our new CSA starts! woooo!

    I need some comfort food after hearing the news that Mr. Padre Tony Gwynn passed away. I had the opportunity to know the Gwynn family personally. Tony was a true class act, both on and off the field.

    Tuesday-Chili and Corn Chips (Trader Joes “fritos”)

    Wednesday-Roasted Whole Chicken, Potatoes and Carrots

    Thursday-Chicken Enchiladas, Beans

    Friday-Movie Date with my dad for his father’s day/birthday gift.

  20. Polar kebbits are located north of Keldagrim, and west of Trollweiss mountain. It”s tough to keep things dry on a center console boat. As they are huge, RVs also have a huge checklist of parts and components that you need to inspect after long storage to ensure smooth and safe driving.
