Hi, everyone! Still on vacation, still not planning a menu! We are having a great time here on the East Coast and, as usual, it’s almost shocking how green it is out here. We definitely miss all these trees. I’m going to share some of our food finds with you this week, but for today just a quick snap of sunset over Mount Monadnock.

Beautiful pic of Mt. Monadnock! I am proud to say I have been on top of that mountain and have enjoyed the Hancock Inn nearby. It’s such a pretty region of NH.

Mon: Pasta with lemon, garlic, oil, fresh basil or oregano, shaved parm
Tue: Baked cod, veggie , & salad
Wed: Out
Thu: Hubby’s B-Day dinner- something Italian.
Fri: Grilled seafood feast with family for the 4th of July

W: leaving to visit my inlaws in AZ. They’re taking us to Mexican restaurant for dinner.
Th: the rest of the family arrives in AZ. MIL is making a big pasta dinner. We’re also making homemade ice cream…pineapple-coconut & peach! 🙂

We just got back from vacation – makes me appreciate our routines here at home and the conveniences (we were camping). Enjoy the time away and all the greenness.
I have several new recipes lined up, all using the crockpot. I’m hoping at least two turn out to be ones we want to repeat. An asterisk denotes new-to-us recipes.
