Hey, everyone! I am currently listening to the book Lessons in Chemistry and it’s lovely. It also motivated me to make dinner last night instead of ordering takeout! Speaking of cooking, here is this week’s menu!

Th: Teaching a kids cooking class so I’ll be using up leftover ingredients to make dinner…pretzel chicken nuggets & salad w/ pesto ranch
F: Turkey meatballs in mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, roasted carrots
Sa: Working…guys will have leftovers
Su: Easter Brunch…honey mustard ham and spring vegetable & goat cheese frittata (asparagus, spinach, basil, leeks). Guests are bringing the rest…hashbrown casserole, pastry platter, fruit tray, bacon-jalapeno-egg cresecnt rolls, kale salad, cake pops, fruity pebble rice krispy treats, and more…
Sunday – Alison Roman’s Chicken Pot Pie, roasted potatoes, salad
Monday- salmon on top of salad
Tuesday – leftover pot pie
Wednesday- spring break date night! Zahav reservations!
Thursday- last of the pot pie with salad and freshly baked bread
Friday – pizza
Saturday – Ham, Mac and cheese and salad ( gkids sleepover!)
Sunday – chicken enchiladas and salad
