Time for YOUR menus!
Jane,
I made your spinach artichoke dip today and it was yummy, everyone loved it! I even doubled the recipe cause it was a larger group and split it into 2 crocks. I was wondering if you recommend chopping the spinach before/after sauteing? I just used the baby spinach in the bag. Thanks, menu to come.
Mon: Orange ginger chicken, brown rice, steamed vegetables
Tues: Pancakes, fruit–probably yummy ripe peaches, bacon
(as requested by the birthday boy)
Wed: Taco Salad
Thurs: Zucchini Parmesan pasta, shrimp, fruit salad
Fri: Chicken Wraps, oven fries and green salad
Sat: Leftovers (or sandwiches)
Sun: Hawaiian Haystacks
cori – I have to say, I think chopping the spinach before sautéing it is a good idea. I never think of it until AFTER I’ve sautéed, but even the baby spinach can be a bit unruly and stringy in the dip. EXCELLENT POINT! I’m going to go add that into the recipe on the blog. thanks! and I’m so glad it was a hit – yea!
