How is it the end of the school year already? And how can it be JUNE two thousand TWELVE? Someone tell Father Time to slow things down. I can’t keep up.
All of our end-of-the-school-year activities kept us super busy last week, so we didn’t make our soups like we had planned, so they’re back on the menu. By the way, I was so happy to read all of your comments last week and learn that I am not the only one having issues with the Tooth Fairy’s reliability. I think we’ve proven that she’s overworked and maybe needs to outsource some of her responsibilities. Perhaps she could rely on the parents for some help? π (By the way, I loved all your comments…so funny!)

i didn’t make significant changes, but i’ll try to come back and put up my version after i blog about it. π they were yummy!
What do you stuff your sweet potatoes with???
mexican stuff! i usually microwave sweet potatoes first to cook them most of the way, then cut them & add black beans, mexican seasonings (or you can use taco seasoning), veggies (like onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc.), and cheese. i bake them for 5-10 minutes and then top with avocado, sour cream, salsa, etc. you could also do some meat if you want!
