  7. I didn’t make it to the grocery store last week either, and our menu was more “where should we get take-out from” than an actual menu. It was so busy around here! Junior had 5 appointments in 3 days, and I was so harried I even forgot my nephew’s birthday. Forgot to call and everything. Bad auntie!

This week should be easier. We’re going to be at the Fair one of these evenings, so dinner will be something horribly unhealthy that day…the rest are:

-Salmon, Glazed Carrots (carrots from our garden), Rice

-Crock pot Shredded Beef Burritos with Pinto Beans

-Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Carrot and Celery Sticks, Chips

-Sesame Beef Noodle Bowls with Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Carrots

    -Fair Food!

    • whenever I have weeks like that I have to just tell myself “it’s okay!” – sometimes it’s just what you gotta do!

      have fun at the fair!

  8. 9

I actually made everything on my list last week! Thank goodness since it was the last week of school and so hectic, it was helpful to feel organized in at least one aspect. So far this week, I have:

We’ll see what I can come up with!
